New guidelines regarding the recording of an Entity Creation Date

As of March 31, 2022, the Entity Creation Date of companies or legal entities under public law, as well as the Creation Date for investment funds, are additional components of the LEI reference data to be provided. This is the date on which the legal entity was formed, incorporated or legally registered.
